Our Estate wines are multifaceted, with subtle, elegant fruits.

UNFILTERED

Maturation in French oak barrels together with regular batonnage lends the wine its concentration and body. We rack multiple times to clarify the wines, allowing us to bottle unfiltered.

RÉSERVE

A green harvest and meticulous hand sorting lay the foundation for concentration and power. These wines are in it for the long haul, and welcome a fair amount of aging in barrel and bottle.

GRAND VINTAGE

This highlight is only produced in exceptional years. Every cluster in the vineyard is given individual attention, and we neither pump nor filter the must. In order to best express the singularity of the vintage, a long maturation in French oak barrels is enforced before bottling.
